Anaheim Hills is one the newest cities in North Orange County with the first development taking place in the 1970's but with most of the development taking place in 1980's. Anaheim Hills stretches along the south side of the 91 Freeway from the 55 Freeway all the Corona border. The city offers a collection of communities ranging from large custom estate homes with a somewhat rural feel to modern executive homes to condo developments favored by first time home buyers.
Anaheim Hills Golf Course sits in the center of the city and is considered one the best municipal courses in the area, while there are no homes directly related to the course there are many homes which offer great views of the course. The course also adds to the overall feel of open space which local residents enjoy.
These two communities are very similar in that they sit a western most portions of Anaheim Hills and offer incredible custom estates with awesome views of the valley. Peralta Hills and Copo de Oro both offer some the finest homes in Orange County. The large estate size lots, often one acre or larger, of these communities provide for great outdoor living, including large pools, tennis courts or just extra large yards. Prices in these communities tend to range from $2 million and up.
These are just two of the communities which offer Custom Homes. A great deal of Anaheim Hills was originally developed on large estate lots giving it a very rural feel which is unique for Orange County.
Summit Pointe Estate Estate is a guard gated community located at the top of Anaheim Hills. The home of Summit Pointe are executive level homes offering modern luxury. Many of the home of Summit Pointe offer great mountain and city lights views. Summit Pointe homes tend to be priced in the $1 million and up range.
There are numerous condo developments scattered throughout the city. These condos tend to be great favorites of first time buyers and move down buyers alike. For the first time buyer, many times it is a choice of a single home and longer drive in Corona or a shorter drive and an better life style of a Anaheim Hills condo. There are many popular developments, including Viewpointe, Summit Terrace, Monaco, Summit Park, and Canyon Terrace.
