The City of Fullerton, CA is located in North Orange County.  Fullerton is one of the older cities in Orange County being founded in 1887.  As of 2010 the population was 153,161.  While Fullerton is an older city it does have a young and growing population mostly due to being home to Cal State Fullerton. 

Over the past decade Downtown Fullerton has become a nightlife destination of all of Orange County.  The area offers a variety of bars and restaurants to meet all needs from Fine dining to sports bars, and everything in between.  Fullerton residents also enjoy the entertainment options located in the Downtown Brea area and the Brea Mall, both just to the north of Fullerton. 

Fullerton has a great affinity to education, it is home to Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College, a community college.  It also has some highly sought after high schools.  The city is served by the Fullerton Joint Union High School District, with Sunny Hills High School, Troy High School and Fullerton High School serving the city.  Fullerton is also home to Rosary High School, a all girls Catholic School serving all of Orange County.

Fullerton has great access to the 57 and 91 freeways offering good access to the large employment hubs of Los Angeles, Newport Beach and Santa Ana. While many Fullerton residents commute to these employment hubs, many also work with the city limits of Fullerton.  Fullerton is home to many small business owners and some of the large employers in Fullerton include, Cal State Fullerton, St Jude's Hospital and Raytheon. 

Fullerton real estate offers a variety of homeownership options, with many starter sinlge family homes, executive homes and some large estate homes, as well as many condo developments.  Central Fullerton offers many starter homes, while other areas such Raymond Hills, Rolling Hills, Coyote Hills and Sunny Hills offer great executive homes.  Large estate Fullerton homes can be found in areas such Old Sunny Hills and Raymond Hills.  There are even newer developments such as Knolls at Hillsborough, a great gated development sitting atop the West Coyote Hills. 

There are many Fullerton condos throughout the city, some of the favorites include Malvern Creek near Sunny Hills and Hidden Lakes.  With the revitalization of Downtown Fullerton, some new condos were added such as SoCo Walk.
