San Clemente is a city located at the southern most portion of Orange County.  San Clemente is a Seaside Community which embodies the active Southern California Lifestyle.  As of the 2010 Census, San Clemente's population was 63,522.  San Clemente may best be know for being home to the "Western Whitehouse" during President Nixon's term in office.

In 1969 San Clemente was brought into national prominence.  In that year then President Nixon purchased a San Clemente Estate home which he would name, La Cas Pacifica.  In the years to come it would become known as the Western White House.  President Nixon would use the home to vacation as well as hosting many polical luminaries over the years.  After leaving office, the Nixons lived in the home until the late 1980s. 

Residents of San Clemente really enjoy the active Southern California Lifestyle, taking full advantage of the wonderful weathern and location on the Pacific Ocean.  San Clemente has long been one of favorite Surf spots in Southern California.  Some of surf spots in San Clemente include, lowers & uppers, North Beach, T-Street and probably the most well known, Trestles.  Not to be out done San Clemente golfers have multiple golf courses to enjoy within the city limits as well many other courses within a short drive.  The most prominent San Clemente Golf courses include ShoreCliffs Golf Course, Bella Collina Towne and Golf, formerly known as the Pacific Golf and Country Club and the newest addition, Talega Golf Club. 

Talega is a master planned development with the Talega Golf Club as its centerpiece.  Talega is set into the rolling hills of northeastern San Clemente about 3 miles from the beach.  There are 19 communities within the community, including both Talega Homes and Talega Condos.
