Sendero Real Estate Search
Sendero is a new 690 acre new home sommunity in South Orange County. The development will offer 940 Sendero homes for sale when completed. The first Sendero homes will be delivered in the summer of 2013. Sendero will be located along the Ortega Highway in South Orange County.
Included in the Sendero will be a gated community of Gavilan, which will cater towards residents age 55 and older. In March 2012, Rancho Mission Viejo, LLC annouced the nine home builders who will be working on Sendero. The home builders include local Orange County based builders, Tri Pointe Homes, William Lyon Homes and Standard Pacific Corp, as well as Western National Group which will be building the 200 apartment building in the development. The other home builders included at Sendero will be SeaCountry Homes, Shea Homes, Pulte Group, Meritage HOmes Corp and Ryland Homes.
