Orange County Market Update
Due to the very low inventory and the great demand for local OC homes and condos from both first time buyers and investors, Orange County Real Estate Values have increased over the past year. These increased home values provide a great opportunity for those sellers that sat on the sidelines over the past few years to sell their properties. It still remains a great market for both first time buyers and move up buyers to take advantage of the historic low mortgage rates.
