Buena Park, CA is a city located in the northwestern portion of Orange County, it is one of the largest cities in Orange County based on geography covering 10.6 square miles, in fact it is bordered on the East by four cities La Palma, Cypress, Cerritos and La Mirada. It is bordered by Anaheim on the South and West and Fullerton on the North and West. While Buena Park is one of the largest cities geographically it is a medium sized city in population with a 2010 population of 80,530.
Buena Park is home to multiple local tourist attractions, the most prominent being Knotts Berry Farm. The area surrounding Knotts Berry Farm also offers other tourist attractions such as Medieval Times and Ripley's Believe or not Museum to name a few. Knott's Berry Farm is also the largest employer in the city. With its great access to the 5 and 91 Freeways which both dissect the city, residents also have easy access to the large employment hubs of Los Angeles and Orange County.
Buena Park real estate is primarily a collection of working class or starter homes, with a limited number of condos. One exception from this is the community of Los Coyotes Country Club located in northern portion of the city. Los Coyotes offers a collection of executive homes surrounding the Los Coyotes Country Club, which is a 27 hole private Country Cub. Homes with the Los Coyotes Community are located within the Sunny Hills High School District which is one of the finest and most sought after schools in Orange County as well as the State of California.
